1. Information You Provide to Us

When you submit an enquiry — through the form on our Contact page, the "Talk to Our Experts" popup shown on the Site, or the "Get a callback" form on a project or locality page — we collect:

• Your name
• Your phone number
• Any property or project preferences, budget, location or timeline details you choose to share in the free-text "what are you looking for" field (optional)

We do not currently ask for your email address on any form on the Site.

2. Information Collected Automatically

When you browse the Site, we and the tools described in Section 3 may automatically collect:

• Attribution parameters — if you arrive via a Google or Meta advertisement, tracking identifiers present in the link (gclid, gbraid, wbraid, fbclid) and campaign parameters (utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign, utm_content, utm_term) are read from the URL and stored in your browser for the rest of your session, so that an enquiry you later submit can be attributed to the campaign that brought you here.
• Referring website — if you arrive from an external site (for example a search engine or a social app's in-app browser), we record that referring address for the duration of your session, so we know where enquiries are coming from.
• The page you enquired from — the URL of the page you were viewing when you submitted an enquiry is sent along with it.
• Usage and device information — such as the pages you view, general device and browser type, and approximate location, as is standard for the analytics and advertising tools described below.

3. Cookies and Similar Technologies

The Site uses browser storage and cookies in the following ways:

• Session storage holds the attribution parameters and referring website described above for the duration of your browser session, and a flag that stops the enquiry popup from showing more than once per session.
• Local storage is used to temporarily hold an enquiry on your device and retry sending it if your submission could not reach our systems on the first attempt, and to remember (as a non-reversible fingerprint, not your actual details) that a matching enquiry was recently accepted, so a double-click or repeat submission within a few minutes isn't counted as a second enquiry.
• Meta's own cookies (_fbp and, where present, _fbc) are set by the Meta Pixel described in Section 4. Where these are present, we read them and pass them along with an enquiry so that MakeUrAd, our CRM provider, can match the enquiry to the correct Meta ad on Meta's side (see Section 4 for more on this matching).
• Other third-party cookies are set by Google (Analytics, Tag Manager, Ads) and Meta (Pixel) as described in Section 4, for analytics, remarketing and conversion measurement.

You can control or clear cookies and site data through your browser settings. Blocking them will not stop enquiry forms from working, but may limit how these tools recognise repeat visits or match your enquiry to an ad campaign.

4. Analytics and Advertising Tools We Use

The Site uses the following third-party tools to measure traffic and ad performance:

• Google Analytics (GA4) and Google Tag Manager — to understand how visitors use the Site.
• Google Ads — site tags for remarketing, and a conversion action that records when an enquiry is submitted, so we can measure how our Google ad campaigns perform.
• Meta Pixel — loaded only on certain project and locality pages, to measure how our Meta (Facebook/Instagram) ad campaigns perform and to record when an enquiry is submitted from those pages. When you submit an enquiry from one of these pages, we also pass Meta's own matching cookies (Section 3) and, where available, a shared identifier to MakeUrAd, so that MakeUrAd can additionally report the same enquiry to Meta directly from its own servers (Meta's "Conversions API"). This is done so a single enquiry is not double-counted between the two methods, not to send any additional information to Meta beyond what the Pixel already would.

5. How We Use Your Information

• To contact you about the property or project you enquired about
• To share a shortlist of matching projects and follow up on your requirement
• To arrange site visits and coordinate next steps with you
• To measure how our marketing campaigns perform, using the attribution and analytics information described above

6. How Your Information Is Shared

When you submit an enquiry, your name, phone number, requirement, and the attribution, referring-page and matching information described in Sections 2 and 3 (when present) are sent to:

• MakeUrAd, the CRM platform we use to receive and manage enquiries, which in turn reports the enquiry to Meta on our behalf where a Meta ad match is available, as described in Section 4
• Members of our own sales team, who follow up on your enquiry
• Where relevant to your enquiry, representatives of the specific project or developer you asked about, so a site visit can be coordinated on your behalf

Analytics and advertising data (Section 4) is shared with Google and Meta in connection with those services. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

7. Data Security and Retention

We take reasonable measures to protect the information you share with us. Enquiry information is retained for as long as needed to respond to your enquiry and for our legitimate business record-keeping, unless you ask us to delete it sooner.

8. Your Choices

• You can ask us not to contact you further about your enquiry.
• You can ask what information we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it.
• You can limit analytics and advertising cookies through your browser's cookie settings.

To exercise any of these choices, contact us using the details in Section 11.

9. Third-Party Services and Links

Project information on the Site is compiled from public listings and developer sources, and may link to third-party developer websites or the MahaRERA website for verification. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of any third-party site you visit from a link on the Site.

10. About Endeavour Castle

Endeavour Castle is an independent Pune real-estate marketing and advisory platform. We are not necessarily the developer, builder or promoter of the projects displayed on the Site — project details are sourced from public listings and are indicative. Always verify configuration, pricing, RERA status and possession dates with the developer before booking.
